We are currently accepting applications for a part-time manager at the Valu Storage locations in West Birmingham.
Valu Storage is an established company in the self-storage and truck rental industry but you do not have to have experience in those fields to apply. We are a personality-driven company so if you meet our requirements, bring the skills and we'll take care of the rest!
All qualified candidates must have the following:
Friendly attitude and outgoing personality -
***Great with clientele; accommodate and retain current clients and recruit new one
***Enjoys making friends through community involvement and social media to promote our service
***Professional conduct and cordial phone etiquette
***Understands marketing and can help with promotional events and ideas
Great organizational skills ?
***Enjoys the challenge of exceeding deadlines and goals
***Has a sharp attention to detail and accounts for every penny every time
***Can manage the office single handedly and be productive
***Jack of all trades that is a problem solver and good with ?fix-it? projects
We are looking for someone that wants a long term position with stability and consistency in a growing company, not a one semester intern. Experience with bookkeeping, collections, basic accounting concepts and QuickBooks are a big plus.
